What is Apacheka integration all about?

Once the integration is activated, you will order packages directly from the browser-based sales and warehouse application aleFaktury. You won't have to log into Apacheka every time you want to send a package. aleFaktury will allow you not only to wholesale order packages, but also individually. In aleFaktury you will have access to a list of courier companies associated with your Apaczka account.

How to launch Apaczka integration in aleFaktury?

Apaczka integration is available starting with the Silver package. As a result, you don't have to decide on a large investment to gain functional tools.

Configure the integration

To configure Apaczka integration in aleFaktura:

1. log in to the aleFaktury application
2. From the User menu, select Settings -> Integrations -> Apaczka.

3. in the Settings section, select the option: Enable Service.
   

   Apache does not provide a test environment! You work on your actual data right away.

4. In the Settings section, we enter: App ID and Secret ID. Generate this data in your Apacheka panel. Click: Check validity.. 5 The integration allows you to configure notifications for the recipient and sender:

How to order a shipment?

You can order a shipment during the processing of an incoming order directly from the view of this document.

1. open the incoming order view.
2. From the Tools menu, select Prepare shipment.
3. Users who have enabled integration with Apacheka broker do not need to indicate the shipment operator. It will be selected automatically. 4.The recipient's data will be completed based on the order, and the sender's data will be completed based on your data from the database.

5. define the point of shipper and/or recipient.
6. Define download parameters.
7. Define additional services and shipment value.
8. click Save and close.
9. In the next window, we check the correctness of the information and click: Submit shipment.

The submitted shipment can be canceled. There is such a possibility to delete the submission.

You can send shipments to orders individually or collectively. You can select several incoming orders, mark them, and then, using the button: Execute->Operations to create several courier shipments simultaneously.
