What does the integration consist of?

**Integration with the van broker allows you to order parcels directly from the aleFaktury app - without having to log in to van separately. aleFaktury allows you to order parcels in bulk and speeds up the order fulfillment process.

Who can launch the integration?

**Integration with the Vanbroker is available in any paid aleFaktury package - starting with the Silver package. This package allows you to issue sales documents and quotes without any monthly limits and print up to 500 receipts each month.

What does the integration with Furgonet consist of?

The aleFaktury application allows you to handle orders, including from external sources. This allows you to use it to manage sales conducted on multiple e-commerce channels. Integration with a courier broker will support you in sending packages faster. Now you can order a courier directly from aleFaktura. What's more, you can take advantage of bulk creation of courier shipments for several orders at once.

aleFaktura, while displaying a list of available courier companies, returns the information associated with your Van account. This means that you will only have companies to choose from that are supported by your Furgonetka account.

How to configure the integration with Vans?

Setting up aleFaktura's integration with Vanguard follows a few steps:

  1. log into the aleFaktury application. 2.From the User menu, select Settings -> Integrations, and then - Furgonet. 3) In the *Settings section, select the option: Enable Service.
    • The Test Environment option allows you to run secure tests. Remember, in order to use it, you need to set up a test account in Vans. 4 Click the Login to Van button.
    • We will be taken to the Vans system, where we will have to agree to the integration
  2. In the Defaults section, we indicate the default service provider. We choose one from among the companies that are associated with our account in the Vanetka system. 7 Finally, we click Save.

The integration is configured, and we can move on to ordering shipments.

How to order a shipment?

You can order a shipment directly from the view of a particular incoming order.

  1. open the selected order and select Prepare shipment from the Tools menu.
  2. In the next window you will have to indicate the shipment operator.
    • If you are using integration with a sole broker only, this step does not apply to you.
  3. recipient's data will complete based on the order.
  4. complete the shipment information.
    • In the Service provider field, your default service provider will be substituted. You can change it.
  5. Define the shipper and/or recipient point.
  6. define the parameters for collection.
  7. define additional services and shipment value.
  8. the shipper information will automatically complete based on the data from your database.
  9. Finally, click Save and close.
  10. we will be taken to the window with information about our parcel. If everything is correct, we click the button: Submit shipment.
  11. In the next step, we can place the order. Just select the appropriate button. 14.We can cancel the shipment so submitted. We can also delete the submission.

You can also select several incoming orders, select them, and then, using the button: Execute/Operations to create several courier shipments at the same time.
