KSeF, czyli Krajowy System e-Faktur, to platforma Ministerstwa Finansów, która ma całkowicie zmienić sposób wystawiania i odbierania faktur w Polsce. Od 2026 roku będzie to obowiązkowy system dla firm, a jego celem jest uszczelnienie VAT, uproszczenie kontroli i automatyzacja obiegu dokumentów.

Od stycznia 2026 roku wzrosną składki ZUS dla młodych firm, bo płaca minimalna podniesiona zostanie do 4806 zł brutto. Preferencyjne składki społeczne wyniosą wtedy 456,19 zł miesięcznie, czyli o 13 zł więcej niż w 2025 roku. Dużo mocniej wzrośnie składka zdrowotna – liczona już od pełnej płacy minimalnej, a nie 75%, jak dotąd. Podwyżka społecznych to koszt paczki czipsów w kinie. Ale zdrowotna? To już raczej bilet VIP na siłownię – obowiązkowy, bez możliwości rezygnacji.

Działalność nierejestrowana to prowadzenie drobnego biznesu bez rejestracji w CEIDG i bez płacenia ZUS-u – pod warunkiem, że nie przekroczysz ustawowego limitu przychodów.Od 2026 roku limit będzie liczony kwartalnie (225% minimalnej płacy) zamiast miesięcznie (75%). To oznacza mniej matematyki, więcej luzu i spokój dla tych, którzy zarabiają sezonowo.
